Yes, we have a business license.
Can I write you off my taxes?
Yes, as long as we fall into a category allowed by law (consult a tax consultant). We operate a fully licensed and insured business and good "Ole Uncle Sam" has his hand in our pocket too!
Do you offer lighting for your DJ services?
Yes, we offer all different styles of lighting- from as low as $25 for the basic dance floor lighting, up to $500 for a full setup.
Do you offer lighting for your video services?
Yes, we provide camera mounted lights for most events. For more info about video equipment, click here.
What is the standard DJ setup?
Standard setup is a trained professional DJ & Master Of Ceremonies, music library that ranges from today’s latest hits to the big band swing era, top of the line pro-audio equipment & a wireless microphone.
Are there ANY hidden charges for your services?
There are absolutely NO additional charges beyond the price we will quote you. We included tax, travel, setup and break down time in our quote. Although you may tip if you feel we did a good job.
Do you have references available?
Absolutely, we have an impressive list of references. Please let us know if you would like a list and we will provide them to you.
Can we meet in person?
Absolutely, please let us know when you would be available to meet. We do usually require that you come to our office due to the cost of time and travel to each appt. Give us a call and we can work with you if you can't make it to us!
Can we see you in action?
Yes, although we don't allow meetings at events you can come view extensive video coverage of our DJ's and videographers in action and meet in person with your photographer.
What if we cancel or change the date of our event after booking with you?
The $200 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, although you can apply it to any other event you may have in the future, including the transfer of your deposit to a friend or family member! If the date of the event is changed there is no extra charge unless your date changes from a weekday to a weekend. At that point weekend rates will apply and a new invoice for your balance will be issued.
What if we change the location of the event after booking?
As long as it is still within our local coverage of the San Francisco bay area, Sacramento or Reno/Lake Tahoe areas, there is NO additional charge. Although we may not guarantee that you get the same DJ or videographer as originally assigned.
